A Chicago native, Steve graduated from Northwestern University's School of Music. He was the youngest student to ever write music for NU's famous Waa-mu talent show. Once out of school he began writing music for TV and Radio commercials as well as educational films. He was an early adopter of the Moog synthesizer and was a pioneer in the use of "sampled" sounds. He has scored countless TV and Radio commercials with his unique palette of sounds.Steve loves the challenges of scoring a project and the smile on his client's face for a job well done.Today he is still creating award winning music scores.
